Got to get a line wet on Saturday with the kids. The greenback trout is about 2' past the big rock on the left. We drifted just about everything past him and couldn't get a bite. He would chase it downstream a few feet giving it a hard look.

The fishing was slow, but the fish were big! Thanks Dad for going!!! I had a blast! You can't beat catching a big fish on a rod you built with flies you tied.

Happy Father's Day to all of the dads and most of all to my dad. The man who taught me about fishing, hunting, and camping. I owe a lot of what I am to my dad. My integrity and work ethic were definitely instilled in me by my dad's example. Thanks DAD!!

Just to make you all jealous, here's what my beautiful wife and kids got me for Father's Day!
First off STEAK. Jen made me this awesome steak dinner!! All the fixin's were there too, corn on the cob, salad, and three cheese garlic scalloped potatoes!
Also, Happy Father's Day to my Heavenly Father. Thank you God for the example of how to be the perfect father.
